Customer service representative responsible for training and supervision of new employees. • Provided prompt and complete customer service resolution of customer issues regarding policy information and benefits interpretations to facilitate customer satisfaction. • Serviced policy holders and providers through the third-party administration of benefits and legislation of policies held by Allmerica Financial. • Educated providers, hospitals, facilities, doctors offices and insured members to give accurate information of policies and procedures according to contractual and policy holder guidelines. • Trained and supervised new hire employees within the call center to ensure accuracy and dependability of information given to members and providers of service.
