Daily Duties at Canicom / Protocol Communications:

Consulted and managed Recruitment Department for call center with over 1000 employees in peak season while hiring and training new recruitment staff. Developed on-boarding process and conducted new hire orientations. Updated employee manual and hired over 300 sales agents. Introduced and developed several time-saving tools for the Recruiting Department, such as: tracking database for potential employees, two-tier hiring process with testing and background checks, coordinated job fair screening program, and interactive calendar for posting scheduled events with Training, QA and IT departments for new hire implementation. Developed operations and technical coursework for 7 clients including: Intuit Customer Service and Technical Support (Quickbooks and Turbo Tax), Bigwords.com, Virtual Purchase Card Systems, My Twinn, The Sportsman’s Guide, Tesoro Oil and Gas, and OrangeGlo. Outsourced to clients for knowledge management and knowledge base development. Solely responsible for designing, developing and managing company intranet and knowledge base platforms for operations and support staff.
