Daily Duties at National Cinemedia:
Worked closely with executive management and leadership team to develop strategic talent acquisition and succession planning programs. Facilitated leadership/manager workshops on talent acquisition, talent mobility, talent management, and high performance team development. Responsible for developing cascading corporate university through 4 focal areas: leadership development, management development, technical development, and professional development. Worked closely with leadership to determine organizational needs, designing and developing materials and processes through blended methodology, and facilitating solutions across multiple locations in 48 states.
