Daily Duties at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast U.S. Navy:
Coordinate a department of 40 Navy personnel across 3 work centers in conducting inspections on Aviation Life Support Systems through supervision to insure the Quality objectives, key customer metrics, and internal goals are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner. Assess performance indicators and take appropriate actions, to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are met. I also Ensure that operational goals are met in relation to safety, quality, and on-time delivery of products.
