Daily Duties at Te Connectivity:

Manage and close customer and internal complaints. Organize and analyze product failures down to component and process levels. Perform detailed failure/trend analyses using four separate databases. Create CAPAs where necessary to resolve systemic issues. Compose and file FDA MDR reports. Recommend quality corrective actions, verify, and guide corrective action plans. Assess results after 90 days to ensure effectivity. Review and collaborate with Mexico and DongGuan to implement and execute internal processes to improve quality. Support Quality Analysis for new product introductions. Interface with customers on quality issues where and when necessary.
