Daily Duties at Corinthian Media:
-Process stations invoices, reconciliation’s for Print ads -Payout publications for monthly ads run -Assist in reserving and generating insertion orders for advertising space -Maintain department files and media kits -Assist in sending out traffic instructions for orders to all media outlets -Booked orders, returned to buyers with signature -Confirm station have received spots -Create weekly clearance reports -Summarize schedules monthly-update as for changes and additions
