Responsible for 20+ sales people and teams in hotels throughout the New England Area. Monitored each sales person’s productivity, provided support and training to maximize results. Exceeded budget revenue for 2012 by $12 million. I am confident that the skills that I have acquired in the hospitality industry can be applied effectively to this position and know I would be able to bring positive results to the bottom line.
