Daily Duties at Le Cordon Bleu College Of Culinary Arts:

Managed and eliminated obstacles for incoming student population via personalized meetings, facilitated on-going events and collaborated with peer managers as an advocate for the student as they transition to college. Support provided to incoming students includes new student orientation, workshops designed to prepare students for college, counsel on being an adult learner, college success strategies, career changing, and setting and achieving goals. Responsible for improving student show rate by identifying potential high-risk behaviors, and developing strategies to overcome obstacles and ensure student academic success.
