Daily Duties at Bozell Worldwide Sdn Bhd:

Assisting Managing Director in his day to day operation and handle the general affair of the company (as the secretary was on overseas leave). To provide secretarial and admin support for his division including handling official documents, typing correspondence and reports/ presentations, booking of hotel reservation, meeting notes and other materials, making appointments and searching tender documents from newspaper. To co-ordinate arrangements for various meetings, internally (Head Office/division) and externally (customers/ Principals). To handle all affairs with good interpersonal skills and possess a high level of confidentially and integrity. Adaptable, able to work with team and handle work independently. To assist and organise seminars/ training as and when required. To make routine/ simple decisions during the absence of Director.
