Assisting in debtor's collection/ follow up outstanding accounts. Searching the Internet for important information in completing projects. Handle sales orders - preparation of quotation, stock and invoices for customers/ suppliers. Perform tasks such as typing correspondeces/ reports, presentations, photocopying, scanning and faxing documents. Answer telephone calls, take messages and answer basic queries regarding products. Organize meetings by booking meeting rooms, ensure meeting requiremets are made available, sending out and confirming visitors. Maintain the department filling system.
