Worked for Agrochemical department in assisting Product Manager. Handled sales orders - prepare quotation, stock and invoices for customers and suppliers. Perform tasks as checking documents, typing correspondences/ reports, presentations, photocopying, scanning and faxing documents. Follow up outstanding accounts/ debtors by phone and sending reminder letter, organize meetings by booking meeting rooms, ensuring meeting requirements are made available, sending out and confirming visitors, answer telephone calls, take messages and answer basic queries, greet and assist visitors, maintain the department filing system, receive incoming mail and distribute accordingly, assist with travel arrangements.
