Daily Duties at Mc Donalds Malaysia :
Conduct Quality Assurance and Safety Audit at all McDonald's stores in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. Ensure restaurants get safe, consistent quality products that meets the product standards and is halal. Assure all products meet the 100% compliance of McDonalds standard. Monitor locally purchased and imported food products that meet the product specifications. Audit restaurants on the adherence to the product standards on product quality and food safety. Assist in the development of food saftey training materials. Provide food safety technical assistance.
