•Provide practical analysis for school personnel on how to comply with state performance indicators using related data and proven evaluation measures. •Build and enhance relationships with postsecondary institutions to create seamless instructional programs for students. •Provide related research for educators and other stakeholders •Develop policies and procedures to support program goals •Coordinate and evaluate four-year graduation plans and career advisement programs •Develop college and career guides for the middle and high school level. •Provide professional development to build Small Learning Communities linked to Career Pathways •Manage the process of gathering data and create high quality, data-driven reports and presentations •Monitor instruction to ensure that objectives and class-size requirements are met •Write and submit grants to supplement funding
