Primary contact in purchasing for all wireless equipment for SeaTac Airport employees, Police, Fire and Port Headquarters Creating wireless solutions that catered to the diverse needs of the Port employee’s job description Providing technical support for devices including any troubleshooting and setup onto the email exchange server Designed and implemented policies and procedures to streamline activities and ensure an efficient and cost-effective work environment Prepared bids and estimates and ensured that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the client’s specifications. Developed an internal communications hub via SharePoint Collaborated with Project Managers and Designers in order to develop a new Records Management System that was ultimately adopted by IT personnel
