Daily Duties at Mtn Syria:

I worked as the head of network planning and optimization department, this department is responsible for implementing main company strategies related to services offered to subscribers and translate these strategies to network design and overlook the implementation of this network infrastructure in addition to optimizing the network to offer best QoS to MTN subscribers. My roll was to lead this department that is composed of 45 engineers and technicians, prepare Capex and Opex budgets and offer technical support to all team members in addition to other teams when needed.
