Daily Duties at Mile High Properties:
I assisted for the Property Manager in the 24 floor office building we worked in and managed, 1700 Broadway. This Iconic building, situated across form the Brown Palace and attached to Wells Fargo and the Lincoln tower by the glass atrium was definitely a unique and rich way to begin my commercial management career. I worked with the 8 Engineers in our tower, as well as the security teams from the connected buildings (and the parking garage) coordinating work orders and preventative maintenance projects in the common areas as well as for tenants such as Whiting Petroleum, Dufford & Brown, and Parsons Engineering
