Daily Duties at Avaya:

• Effectively planned, organized, executed, and controlled projects by coordinating activities and working closely with the technology and user experience teams. • Oversaw the progress of assigned projects and ensured its success by fulfilling client requirements and delivering on time and within budget restraints. • Managed team of 14 Union Customer Service Technicians throughout the entire Southern Maryland Region with concentrations on the entire Avaya product line of small and large telephone switches, as well as Octel, Nortel and other miscellaneous switches.
