Daily Duties at Pitney Bowes:
• Lead and directed three top quality Student Move-In, system upgrades and A/V Projects. • Conduct monthly customer meetings, Quarter Business Reviews and Annual Partnership Conferences. • Manage and improve daily work instructions and quality of customer deliverables and ensures that Service Level Agreements are being met. • Enhance client/customer relations. • Improve employee engagement and decreased levels of non-conformance. • Implement company’s best practices tools at the customers’ sites. • Re-evaluate and improve labor structure. • Manage 2 main site locations and 6 off site locations, including controlling P/L statements, forecasting and other financials. • Manage staff of 57 employees, conducting appraisals and performance management.
