Daily Duties at Pivotal Data Inc.:
Developed Microsoft Access applications including VBA code for collecting, processing and producing reports based on data from paper, web base and faxed forms. Developed and wrote custom applications using Visual Basic. Administered Windows networks, including installing and testing new software, creating accounts for new users, writing system login scripts, performing system backups and troubleshooting network issues. Wrote documentation on new programs and processes that have been delivered to customers. Developed HTML, ASP and PHP web pages and applications for clients and internal use. Developed Database solutions MySQL and SQL server DBMS software. Developed Document Image database applications using the Alchemy database system and Document Logistix software. Created reports using Crystal Reports and Jasper Reports. Managed and customized Moodle, SugarCRM, vTiger, Wordpress, LimeSurvey and Drupal sites for client needs. Created custom scripts using Javascript, Perl and XML. Provide Telephone support to the end users of software products that have been created and resold. Created Static and dynamic PDF forms Using Adobe Acrobat.
