Daily Duties at Bae Systems:

Led members of the Program Office, IPT Leads, and Engineering Managers at bi-monthly Risk Review Board (RRB) meetings, while emphasizing customer Risk Management expectations to ensure a common understanding between stakeholders and team members. Facilitated the identification of high level risks, defined risk strategies and developed mitigation plans to minimize the impact of project risks. Gathered all financial, likelihood and impact estimates; executed a plan to mitigate, avoid or safely realize all project risks. In order to improve existing policies, I conducted a trade study to evaluate the feasibility of a new risk register tool, transitioned to a new risk register for monitoring internal and external risks, and updated the Risk Management plan accordingly. Furthermore, I served on the Causal Analysis Team by leading corrective actions of root-cause analysis to mitigate cost and schedule overruns. Presented risk status and updates on a weekly basis, led Risk Review Board meetings with the Program Office, Finance, and the required Engineering and Technical Managers.
