Daily Duties at Bae Systems:

•Updated JLTV C4ISR Interconnect diagrams to make sure all appropriate hardware was included and all diagrams were up to date and accurate. •Completed the C4ISR SWaP (Size, weight and power) spreadsheet based on the Interface Control Documents (ICD) for each hardware component. This required me to interface with San Diego and Wayne employees for verification and questions as needed. •Coordinated a visit for Wayne engineers, during which we inventoried all of the received Government Furnished Equipment (GFE). This assisted the team with preparing for the upcoming demonstrations in Santa Clara and in Wayne, NJ. The inventory was also used to facilitate shipments as part of the EOR process. •To assist with managing the satellite Systems Integration Labs, located in Wayne, Sterling Heights, Austin, Johnson City, Ontario and San Diego I created a schedule within Microsoft Project which included a stoplight chart as a visual indication of status and progress. The schedule also linked each lab’s individual schedules with one another so we could see all contingencies and the impact of late deliveries. •Once the schedule was created and the leads were accustomed to reporting information to me on a weekly basis, I began tracking current status, major technical and schedule challenges, and schedule updates for each SIL subsystem, and presented this information at the weekly SIL Stand-up Meetings. •The hardware and software necessary for the demo was to be received from various sites all over the country, at different dates. In preparation for the 9/28 Demo, I managed an updated record of all hardware and software, complete with quantities, expected capabilities, receipt status and dates, and impact if not supplied. •Submitted or helped to close all open JLTV Engineering Order Requests (EORs) for hardware shipped and received. This required a complete understanding of the flow of information between departments, in order to facilitate the movement of the EOR across all the necessary departments and personnel. •Served as the point of contact for Information Assurance for JLTV in Santa Clara and interfaced with Engineers from San Diego and Virginia. In this role I coordinated meetings, took meeting notes, and supplied updated information to and from upper management in Santa Clara in the form of weekly PowerPoint presentations.
