Daily Duties at Dolby Laboratories:
Lead and direct business operations activities and projects globally, reporting to the Dolby Chief Financial Officer. Develop and manage operational standards, systems, tools and programs to ensure efficient, scalable operations. Oversee global growth initiatives through coordination of Legal, Human Resources, Finance, and Business Unit staff. Built framework for policy development, approval, communication, training, and management. Manage development and implementation of business continuity plans. Establish technical training programs for Finance and Operations groups, and coordinate technical training efforts with Corporate Training. Manage Information Resources and Archives. Support and/or lead integration efforts as assigned. Support and/or lead enterprise growth, infrastructure and systems change management as assigned.
