Daily Duties at Dolby Laboratories:
Direct operations, administering all aspects of employee services, global real estate management, facilities planning/coordination, risk management, and information services. Oversee planning and services for 41 real estate holdings world-wide, strategizing on leasing, space planning, IT project coordination, and standardized services. Align and manage process improvements and systems tools through management of 4 managers in real estate/risk services, business services, projects, and information resources. Hold purchasing authority of $50K, with indirect leadership of $1.4M, and $16M budgets. Act as due diligence coordinator and integration lead for mergers and acquisitions. Member of the Continuous Improvement Council.
