• Performed general office duties including reception & appointment scheduling of 30-50 patients weekly • Processed cash and credit card transactions in excess of $3,000 weekly • Executed bookkeeping, general banking, accounts payable and receivable • Processed weekly payroll • Verification of patient medical coverage's and obtain authorization for procedures • Collected and maintained inventory of office equipment and supplies • Set up and coordinated meetings and conferences • Supervised and collected weekly hourly fees from five rental clients • Monitored and assisted with maintenance of the organization’s website
