Ensured compliance with HIPAA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, ADA, OSHA and other state and federal regulations. - Managed and processed workers compensation claims, health and wellness plans, flexible benefit plans. - Responsible for maintaining good employee relations, guiding supervisors on employee matters, related policies, and potential legal liabilities. Conducted and oversaw grievances, mediations and dispute resolutions. Recommend disciplinary actions or termination. - Recruited and interviewed potential employees for salaried and hourly positions. Performed reference checks and extended offers of employment.
