Daily Duties at Kohler Company:
- Implemented and managed all aspects of a specialized HR program for the Environmental Safety and Health. Determine measures needed to protect team members from job injuries. Review and update safety and environmental plans to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate regulations. Managed workers’ compensation claims. Investigate incidents involving injuries and determine corrective measures to prevent future occurrence. Schedule and present safety training for up to 350 employees.
