Accomplishments: • Worked as customer service representative tracking members CEU credits and provided this information to members on an as needed basis. • Answered phones, created new membership certificates, entered data in Fox Pro program. • Managed the registration booth at the annual convention answering and directing general questions pertaining to the conference or class registration. • Visited Histolab at John Hopkins Hospital to get a better understanding of specialty; Histotechnology.
