Daily Duties at Universal Productions Llc:
I began by hiring a team of contractors to remodel a 5000 sq ft facility. This included : lighting, plumbing, electrical, flooring,etc.. This was done to accommodate a video and audio production facility. The project cost $250,000 meeting the set budget for the project. Upon completion I played a daily role, in managing a team of 10 employees. I met with potential customers and discussed what we could offer and quoted them a price. For example, upon selling a TV commercial, I would then assign tasks to different employees in order to begin working on the new project. I would hire qualified and experienced people to help assist with the new project. I would agree with each new hire as to the pay. I would delegate to each person their assignment and supervise their progress and performance. What they like about Universal Productions Llc:
Working in an organization that is technologically advanced, creative, and innovative is critical in your assessment of hiring companies. Less important to you are stability of the organization, the length of time an organization has been in business, and the business' plans for the future. You prefer a fast-moving company that will take risks to achieve its goals and objectives. The length of time the company has been in business is irrelevant. Maintaining status quo is unnecessary. You thrive on change, uncertainty and the upside of potential business risks, especially those associated with innovation. Stability for the long haul is not nearly as important as is working in an atmosphere that is charged with a sense of urgency and constant change.
