Daily Duties at Shamin Hotels:
I was hired to open two hotels,one was a Hilton with 250 keys,25,000 sq. ft. for banquets,an SPA and a high end resturant,this hotel has done very well in this market and has reached budget. The second hotel opening is a HGI in MD. this hotel has 130 keys. My role to to manage the revenue,payroll,purchasing,taking care of the guest as well as the staff, with that said the GSS and SALT scores did very well
