Can interact with all levels of management on a confidential level. FACILITY SECURITY OFFICER Received commendation from the Defense Security Service for implementing a solid program. Top Secret clearance. Maintained all clearances in JPAS. Security administrative functions in support of a NISP compliant department. Processed personnel security clearances via the e-QIP system, record maintenance, classified contract maintenance, administering security awareness training programs and preparing visit requests. Support for all security functions in accordance with the NISPOM. Managed personnel security clearances associated with collateral programs. Daily duties included conducting new employee briefings, exit interviews and debriefings, investigating and reporting security violations, incident reports, coordination of initial and periodic reinvestigations and preparation of DD254 forms for subcontractors. Annual duties included preparing refresher training, self inspections, and DSS audits.
