Daily Duties at Quest Diagnostics:

. Healthcare service and product sales with both current clients and prospects including point of care testing equipment (POC), pathology and clinical diagnostic testing services (largest area of growth being in pain management), and IT product and service solutions, growing the business by cultivating and leveraging relationships and understanding both clients’ business goals and growth potential. Produce and perform quarterly business plans focused on account specific and global sales goals. Executing on regional and national programs through identifying account specific targets and opportunities to deliver total overall value and exceed client expectations. Providing, selling, and training prospects and clients on IT solutions growing business and loyalty. This includes electronic health records (EHR), Interface solutions with different vendors, and online communication practice solutions. Working with senior level management within existing and prospective client organizations providing education and a deep level of understanding regarding health plans and outside vendor relationships. Partner with customers to assure an understanding of medical laws and regulations abiding by HIPPA compliance. Work with internal operations to deliver service and product expectations under deadlines
