Daily Duties at Southern Blvd Center :
•Application department, initial interviewing to obtain information to evaluate clients eligibility for financial assistance, medical assistance and food stamps. •Determining if special referrals such as, but not limited to drug and/or alcohol services were needed for eligibility. •Evaluation of information done and submitted to supervisor for final determination. •Undercare department, maintenance of clients’ caseloads through face to face appointments. •Evaluation of information for continuation of assistance services.
