Daily Duties at Second 2 Nunn Enterprises Inc:
• Owner/Operator: In charge of managing day-to-day operations, staff, payroll, budgets, workflow and various projects. - These responsibilities would include: task distribution to employees, equipment and material inventory maintenance and control, employee training and development, on-site project management • Accountable for producing a variety of statistical modeling, financial analysis to coordinate and support the company’s sales marketing and advertising functions. - The value that I added to this role was in the sales and marketing areas. I was able to design and implement a successful marketing plan to generate a substantial amount of sales in our first month. I also was responsible for a lot of brand selling and cold selling.... cold calling, door-to-door sales, free media advertising and networking, sponsorships and special events to boost sales. • Responsible for producing databases and spreadsheets for subsequent budgetary analysis, monthly inventory and services as well as accounting and bookkeeping. - i was accountable for logging expense reciepts into databases as well as maintaining and entering data for other databases such client, customer, business, sub contractor, contractor and vendors as well building relationships with each group. I was also held accountable for monitoring a number of our functions to track profitability... ie, return on investments..
