Daily Duties at Advanced Circuits, Inc.:
Manage a team of 5 sales support personnel directly and an additional 16 inside sales reps indirectly Report directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions, applicable state and federal supplemental requirements and company contracts management policies and procedures Perform day-to-day contract administration duties such as facilitating and negotiating modifications, leading to the identification and resolution of any actual or potential contract and/or risk issues Develop, recommend and coordinate the implementation of new operating policies and procedures for the department and for higher level managers Exercise supervisory role to the inside sales department, assisting with any day-to-day situations that may arise (i.e. adequate regional sales coverage, sales order prioritization, customer escalations and communicating instructions from sr management) Regularly evaluate current procedure for improvement in efficiency/effectiveness and implement any necessary changes. Report a large range of sales figures on a daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly basis Participate in developing departmental long range and short term strategic plans
