Daily Duties at Health Care Services Group:
• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in a health care setting including: work schedules, payroll, budget development, and distribution of task assignments, conflict, escalation pathways and employee performance evaluations. • Developed and maintained methods to corroborate the operational readiness and of the facilities Environmental Services, Materials and Maintenance Departments in compliance with current OSHA and HIPPA standards and regulations • Developed and implemented logistic strategies to maintain an efficient facility while meeting the needs of each individual resident or patient. • Developed and maintained proprietary databases and strategic processes to assist in the admission, re-admission and discharged residents.
