Daily Duties at Duke University Medical Center :
• Developed and maintained processes over various cross-functional project teams to direct, control and sustain the operational readiness of the Environmental Services Department. • Accountable for producing project and performance metrics, databases and spreadsheets for subsequent budgetary analysis, monthly inventory and service in preparation of reports delivered to various department heads and executive management. • Responsible for developing, designing and implementing strategies to maintain business efficiency, increased productivity, customer and client satisfaction. • Extensive in-depth knowledge of OSHA and HIPPA standards and regulations • Maintained and created a variety of statistical modeling, financial analysis, and logistical databases and operational processes effectiveness, ensuring contract compliance and performance standards.
