Daily Duties at Prince Georges Hospital Center:
Supervise day-to-day operations of Level-1 trauma radiology department. Responsible for scheduling, recruitment, training, quality assurance, patient flow, and customer service. Perform annual performance reviews of 30 staff members. Perform student training and evaluations. Responsible for Departmental quality assurance, and process improvements. Manage preventive and scheduled maintenance of Department equipment. Perform Radiographic examinations, position patients, select technical factors, and adjust equipment parameters taking into consideration physical differences in patients making exposures for the requested procedure.
