Daily Duties at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals:
•Responsible for coordinating packaging projects related to structural design, product quality, and process efficiency while communicating effectively with overseas manufacturing facilities. •Collaborate with Labeling Specialists and Graphic Artists to develop and edit components drawings, specifications, and bill of materials. •Utilize programs such as TOPS, CAD, and SCORE for creating pallet patterns and developing component drawings. •Lead Packaging Engineer in assisting with the start-up of the new production facility in Suzhou China. Process included supplier qualifications, line trials, and specification/bill of materials creation. •Improved cost saving measures by assisting in the implementation and development of reducing the height of two different can sizes across two Pfizer manufacturing facilities. •Aided the Nutrition group in transitioning from current specification system, Nova manage to SAP.
