Daily Duties at Mc Govern Printing Inc:
Owner , daly operation of company, Sales, estmating and overall management of 10 employees.I brought a lot of our equipment at auctions and moved and install a lot of the equipment my self. This gave me a lot of experance in equipment purchase and moving equuipment.Did estimating and sent customers quotes on a daly bases.I purchased supplies including Paper, Ink and pressroom supplies.Daly activity. Shop meeting in the AM to discuss the schedule and go over production. ordered paper and supplies also wrote up job jackets and did daly estimating using print smith estmating program. Email quote to customers. 2008 thu 2010 We hired a production manager who took care of estimating and production. 1) production meeting. 2) if a the salesman need a fast quote I did that. If a customer need a job to be done right away I worked on getting that done. If one of our presses broke down I worked on that If were going to be short for Payroll I worked on collecting Money If we need to pick up paper to do a job that day - I worked on that If there was an important customer wanted to go over a job I would go to see them about the job. If my accountant wanted certain information I worked with my book keeper to get him that information. I did what ever it took to keep the business running. My day to day tasked changed day to day.
