Daily Duties at The Home Depot:

Drive Sales using total P&L accountability, HR administrative functions, positive work environment, dignity and respect. Direct representative of the company to the customers, community, businesses and associates. Top 3 initiatives were Customer Service, Instock, and Store appearance. My responsibility to make sure that all tasks and projects aligned with these corporate goals. Additional responsibilities included operational process, Employer of choice morale boosting activity, community service, budgeting, planning, implementing, store cleanliness and hazardous materials compliance.
