Daily Duties at New York City Department Of Education:
My Crisis Intervention Specialist experiences at the High School of Graphic Communication Arts NYCDOE which includes conducting workshops in (e.g., probation, stress reduction, time management, healthy relationships, retention, anger management and study skills, plus experience working with families, children and/or adolescents are experiences,includes Peer Facilitator responsibilities, identify /recruit 100 students for two Developmental Group sessions per day/4x times per week - dealing with social, emotional, physical and academic and family/relation issues. Maintain 30day, 60day & 90day follow-up and initiate and maintain agency resource lists for on-going student support. At the end of my tenure here I was promoted to District Arts Coordinator.
