Led a staff of 17 Sales Representatives through sales processes. Orchestrated team from initial client consultation through all phases of negotiation to final sales closing and contract delivery. Personally managed key account relationships. Conducted performance reviews with all sales representatives to build more effective communications, identify training needs, and provide insight for the improvement of sales success. Led team to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
