Represented OSHA before trade and labor organizations, and testified in court cases. • Documented inspections meticulously, resulting in no court actions. • Performed multiple ergonomic inspections and issued citations under OSHA paragraph 5(a)(1). • Completed 40-hour hazardous waste training and participated in emergency response preparedness drills and tabletop exercises. • Advised businesses on improving their compliance with regulations and preparing for emergencies and hazardous materials handling.
