Daily Duties at Hudson County Community College Hccc:
directs the overall operations, daily activities, and faculty of the Academic Foundations English program in support of the College’s mission statement, program policies and procedures, and in accordance with established goals and objectives, policies, and procedures of the Academic Affairs Division. Responsible for all aspects of developmental reading and writing instruction including the development and assessment of curriculum, assessment of student learning outcomes, and hiring and supervision of faculty members. Minimum of a Masters degree in English or a related field required with a minimum of three years of experience in program management, design, implementation, assessment, and administration. Ability to think conceptually, develop and implement policies and procedures, and make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments required.
