Built and maintained 80 Exchange servers Maintained Blackberry Servers Provided support for Outlook, Exchange, Blackberrys, and Palm Pilots Built and maintained test lab. Blackberry, Email, Outlook, Exchange, Customer Support Worked with Architecture to understand requirements and recommend appropriate hosting solution Ensured monitoring, measuring and reporting of service performance against Service Level Objectives Documented operational processes and best practices Managed strategic partner/supplier relationships to ensure maximum leverage
