Managed day to day operations of the fast paced seafood restaurant. Scheduled, trained and observed 50 + employees. Conducted daily inventory counts and ordered necessary supplies daily. Booked, planned and ordered supplies for restaurant and private parties as needed. Went to trade shows and negotiated with vendors for best prices available. Solved problems that occurred with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
