Successfully managing the compliance processes and all career development responsibilities for 4-5 campuses. Manage the support staff in meeting the placement goals required to maintain compliance and standards of the accrediting association and college. Collaborate with campus directors, faculty and staff to ensure that students and alumni are prepared for gainful employment. Conduct a variety of workshops and facilitate events conducive to the training and professional development of the students; additionally, consistently maintaining collaborative relationships with businesses and related organizations for future employment opportunities.
