Joined to build-out the firm’s newly-formed fixed income capital markets group Lead deal teams in origination, due diligence, structuring and execution of first lien and second lien loans and high yield bond transactions for leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, corporate financings and recapitalizations Responsible for fostering domestic and global strategic partnerships with a series of investment banking boutiques, international commercial banking institutions, financial intermediaries and 3rd party advisors in the middle-market space to source transactions Managed preparation of investment materials and presented investment proposals including merits, risks and recommendations to senior management and Investment Approval Committee
