Daily Duties at Ge Healthcare:

Responsible for the 24x7 ongoing support of information security infrastructure, incident response, computer forensics and reporting. Builds, leads, and manages a team of technical security operations staff that will actively operate, maintain, customize, and configure information security tools and processes in support of the information security program. Works with peer managers in both Information Security and Information Technology to develop metrics to evaluate components of security maturity, such as, but not limited to patch schedules and completion, network traffic abnormalities, log exception tracking, and change control adherence. Instrumental in working with data stewards in the development of requirements for appropriate use and access reporting. Serve as global Incident Response and Digital Forensics Leader. Coordinate and respond to incidents of possible data or network compromise and attack. Recommend appropriate corrective actions for security incident response. Perform forensic data analysis on systems involved in litigation for GE legal department. Infrastructure audits including SOXS, HIPPA, and risk assessments. Global Security Operations policies, procedures, architecture and risk assessments. Provide Security Awareness training. Present new technology to GE Healthcare and Security Initives. Security Acquisition assessments. Global security system change control approver. Testing security solutions.
