Managed and oversaw global security operations policies and procedures, leading the design, build, and operations of security systems. Management of Network and Security Operations services to support the global infrastructure. Managed North American infrastructure, file and application servers, email systems, web sites, fax and backup systems, and remote access VPN. Oversaw data-center operations, design, readiness, and disaster recovery planning, implementing security standards and guidelines globally for multiple operating systems. Directed server farms technology, mobility technologies, antivirus, patch management, software deployment, while leading overall disaster recover functions for all information systems.
